It is a wine made from grapes from the Condado do Tea subzone harvested in their optimal state of ripeness and health.

The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed and then passed to the pneumatic press; Afterwards, the must is destined to a tank for settling (decanting) for one day, after which time the clean part is separated for fermentation (18ºC) and the sludge is filtered with the vacuum filter. After fermentation, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees.

The next process is cold stabilization, subjecting the wine to -5ºC in an isothermal tank for a week to precipitate the bitartrates. At the end of that week, the wine is removed from the cold by filtering with a tangential filter to subsequently proceed to amicrobial filtering and bottling.
