Check out the pairings below with a featured recipe for each!

Grilled Pork + Monastrell

Grilled pork or beef paired with Monastrell. Spanish Monastrell, known as Mourvèdre in France, has the same luscious fruit that makes Zinfandel so good with grilled pork, but with a spicy edge that arguably creates an even better match.

Grilled Steak + Malbec

Grilled steak with a juicy, spicy Malbec. Malbec, like Cabernet, has firm tannins that help it pair beautifully with steak, plus its fruit is as robust and dark.

Grilled Chicken + Pinot Gris

Grilled chicken or vegetables paired with a succulent, mineral white Pinot Gris oppose to a classic Chardonnay.

Grilled Fish + Albariño

Grilled fish with Albariño. Albariño shares Sauvignon Blanc’s grapefruity tang, making it a great partner for grilled fish, yet it has a flinty minerality all its own.

Grilled Lamb + Nero d'Avola

A grilled rack of lamb with goes perfectly with an Italian Nero d’Avola.

Grilled Salmon + Cru Beaujolais

Grilled salmon paired with with Cru Beaujolais is superb with rich, saucy seafood dishes.
