1.5 cups NOLET’S Silver Gin
8 ripe Plums, pitted and sliced
1 large bunch of Basil
1 cup Sugar
0.5 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
In a saucepan, combine 6 of the 8 plums, a bunch of basil (leaving the fresh plums and some basil out for garnish), sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a low simmer and leave on medium-low heat until plums break down, (about 30 minutes). Let sauce cool and steep for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a mesh sieve.
Pour liquid into a pitcher and combine with NOLET’S Silver Gin and lime juice. Taste test to adjust sweetness, then pour over ice. Top with seltzer, garnish with plums and basil sprigs.
Remove basil from the solids and use leftovers as a delicious spread.
NOLET’S Silver Peach Lemonade
1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
3 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
Muddle 2 peach slices in the bottom of a highball glass.
Add ice and remaining ingredients and stir.
Garnish with a peach slice enjoy!
