Bright ruby red, taking on garnet nuances with the passing of the years. On the nose it is fine and intense, with aromas of violets, wild berries and sweet spices. On the palate it is warm and intense, with good body and just the right amount of tannins, smooth and well-balanced. Elegant and long. Great with cheeses and tasty main courses, red meat and game, or even at the end of a meal. Aged 8 months in large Cherry wood casks (made from the cherry trees of the wineries own cherry orchards) and then 1 month in bottle – Winery Notes.
