This 100% Chardonnay is made with perfectly ripened grapes from prime Languedoc sites. After a gentle pressing, key to preserving delicate flavors and silky texture, the juice is partially fermented in older French oak barrels. It is then aged for a few months in oak, this adds a creamy, spicy richness to the wine’s vibrant citrus flavors, all framed by a refreshing streak of minerality.
