Earthy, mineral character that balances the citrusy sweetness beautifully. We only use fully mature agave aged over 7 years, ensuring each agave’s Brix level (sugar content) meets our high standards. Our Blanco is unrested, never touching a barrel, so that the rich flavor of agave can be fully appreciated.
